VBS 2024: The Great Jungle Journey!

FAChurch's 2024 Vacation Bible School will be held Tuesday, June 18th to Thursday, June 20th in the mornings from 8:30am to 11:30am at 305 Cheyenne Avenue, Grover, CO.
All children from Pre-K to 6th grade at the end of the school year are welcome!
This year's theme is "The Great Jungle Journey: An Epic Cruise from Genesis to Revelation."
Our theme verse is 1 Timothy 1:17 "To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen."
Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Was Noah’s ark real? Why do I need to be saved? Can I trust the Bible? At this VBS, your kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation. Amid sloths, butterflies, river dolphins, and dart frogs, your children will sail along on a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call. These ports are the 7 C’s of History: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. Kids will discover how these events shape our world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday life. Prepare to swing into fun as we head out on The Great Jungle Journey!
The children will learn through Bible verses, stories, songs, games, and craft projects. We will end the week (3 days) with a picnic lunch and epic water fight!
On Thursday night, June 20th, at 7pm, we will close our week with an Open House Program for children, their families, and friends. All are welcome! The children will entertain us as they share songs and the theme verse from the week. After the Program we will enjoy additional fellowship with a cookie social.
The children will bring in their change for The Children's Hunger Fund and the child who is closest to guessing how much money is raised will have the opportunity to give a face full of pie to a certain pastor!
We are so excited for this amazing event!
