VBS 2021
FAChurch's 2021 Vacation Bible School was held Tuesday, June 22nd to Thursday, June 24th in the mornings from 8:15am to 11:30am at the main church on Cheyenne Avenue.
Children from Pre-K to 6th grade attended!
Special thanks to our VBS Director Tina Pembroke and the many volunteers that made this year's VBS an overwhelming success!
This year's theme was "Mystery Island: Tracking Down the One True God."
The children learned about the love of Jesus and gained a better understanding of our awe-inspiring Creator God and the salvation He offers only through Jesus Christ as they looked to the only source of truth, God's Word!
Throughout the week the children learned through Bible verses, stories, songs, games, and craft projects.
On Thursday night, June 24th, at 7pm at the main church on Cheyenne Avenue we closed our week with an Open House Program for children, their families, and friends.
We were entertained by the children as they shared songs and verses they learned during the week. After the Program we enjoyed additional fellowship with a cookie social...and a certain pastor took a pie to the face as the children were challenged to bring their change in all week to donate to The Children's Hunger Fund and exceeded the challenge! amount...therefore the pie!
